Blog sebagai Medium Karya Fiksi Erotis Penggemar K-pop di Indonesia

Abstract

Persinggungan antara budaya populer, internet, dan pornografi menjadi problem ketika kelompok pemuja K-pop mempraktikkan antusiasme menulis mereka melalui karya fiksi penggemar (fan fiction) dalam genre erotis dan mempublikasikannya secara online. Sentuhan erotis menjadi substansi yang terkait erat dengan cerita romantis karya fiksi penggemar K-pop. Banyaknya respon positif terhadap cerita romantis berbalut pornografi mendorong seorang fanatik K-pop untuk membuat blog khusus untuk genre tersebut, yang diberi nama KoreanNC (Korean No Children). Blog ini memiliki rekam jejak traffic yang luar biasa dengan interaksi aktif yang cukup intens. Blog semacam ini tidak luput dari unsur pornografi dalam dunia maya. Meskipun identik sebagai saluran yang lebih personal, blog juga menjadi sasaran dari kebijakan sensor. Tanpa memandang berbagai hambatan, pembaca setia dan penulis tetap mempertahankan interaksi dan konsumsi mereka melalui berbagai saluran, demi memenuhi hasrat terpendam akan karya fiksi penggemar.

The intersection between pop culture, Internet, and pornography turns into problematic subject when group of K-pop fanatics exercises their writing passion with erotic genre of fan fiction and publish the work online. Eroticism is a substance that strongly related with romance fan fictions, and represented in many categories of K-pop fan fictions. A K-pop’s fan initiated special blog called KoreanNC (Korean No Children), because she received enormous positive responses for such content. This blog has impressive traffic record as well as intense interaction. However, blog, as the main medium and reference for fan fiction writers and devoted readers, cannot be detached from pornography within cyberspace. The censorship law is applied, despite the fact that the blog is well known as personal medium. Despite of all restrictions, the loyal readers and writers maintain their interaction and consumption through several channels to fulfill their invisible desire toward fan fictions.
